Then click Change All… and all files with the same extension should now open in NeoVim. EDIT: the path /usr/local/bin/vim may differ for you (mine is installed via Homebrew, thus the path). Then, just make it the default application for TXT files (right click on a TXT file -> Open with -> Change all). Select Other… in the Open with: menu, navigate to your new application and click Add. Then, Automator -> File -> Save as -> File Format -> Application. Now open up your Terminal (iTerm2 or Terminal app).
