I can close all of these manually and open Studio and work normally, but when I next find myself working in MS Word, I realise that all of my MS Word shortcuts have been wiped again. Click File > Options > Proofing, clear the Check spelling as you type box, and click OK. If Word finds a potential error, the Spelling & Grammar dialog box will open, spelling errors will. Even if you later go through a grammar and spell check again, Word still remembers your earlier decisions, and it can affect the current check you are doing.
